Unveiling Flawlessness: My Ultimate Guide to Achieving Full-Coverage Base Makeup

A flawless base makes you feel strong. I show you a step-by-step plan. Each word links close to the next. The links form chains. The chains make the text clear. Enjoy each step to build a smooth, long-lasting look.

Highlighting the amazing Painted by Spencer MUA, one of Novontis‘ technical and full glam masters!

Step 1: Skin Prep Is Everything

Begin with clean skin. I use Almus Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm. This balm turns to oil and then to milk with water.
• It cleans well.
• It leaves skin soft and full.
• It works as a mask for 10 minutes, softening dead skin.

Tip: Use it as a mask once or twice a week. The product works with your skin and helps the foundation spread with ease.

Step 2: Prime Strategically

Next, prime your skin. Use primer on spots that need care like the nose and center of the forehead.
• I use Smashbox Photo Finish Primer in these spots.
• It smooths the skin and keeps shine low.

Tip: Put primer only where your skin needs it.

Step 3: Foundation for Full Coverage

Use a full-coverage foundation that still looks light. I choose IT Cosmetics CC Cream. I apply this with a damp beauty sponge.
• Use small pressing and dabbing moves.
• The moves keep each word and each product close.
• They help hide uneven tone and spots like vitiligo.
• Do not use foundation too near the eye area.

Tip: Switch your product as you need. Find a foundation that lets you build coverage.

Step 4: Conceal with Precision

For the area under the eyes, use a strong concealer. I pick Natasha Denona High Glam Concealer.
• Tap it in with a sponge.
• This tames creases and keeps skin soft.

Step 5: Set Like a Pro

Set your work so it lasts all day.
• Press a little Huda Beauty Easy Baked Powder under the eyes with a puff.
• Then use a light layer of Makeup Forever Powder Foundation on the rest of the face.

Baking Trick: Put a heavier layer of clear powder on the nose and let it set. Brush away extra powder. The skin will look matte and bright.

Step 6: Add Warmth and Dimension Without Contour

Skip any extra cream contouring.
• Use a fluffy brush with bronzer (I pick Makeup by Mario).
• Brush along the face edges, under the cheekbones, and lightly on the nose and neck.
• The powder you baked helps form a soft shape.

Step 7: Blush and Highlight

Bring a natural flush to your face.
• Use a powder blush like Patrick Ta Beauty’s “She’s That Girl” on the apples of your cheeks.
• Press the color in and blend softly over the nose and under the eyes.

Final Thoughts

This base routine binds full coverage with a natural glow. Each step holds a strong link to the next. You begin with skin prep, move to smart primer placement, and set the work with powder. Each product and step joins closely.

Makeup becomes a way to show who you are. Adapt these small steps to fit your skin and style.
