Chad’s career includes leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected companies—Intel, Nike, and Stanley Black & Decker. At Intel, Chad led global enterprise learning systems, managing large-scale budgets and cross-continental teams in 10+ countries. He built and scaled training platforms that supported tens of thousands of employees worldwide while delivering millions in operational savings. At Nike, his work focused on digital enablement and workforce knowledge transfer—critical for agility and consistency in high-growth markets. At Stanley Black & Decker, Chad helped modernize manufacturing training by building a multilingual, AI-powered knowledge platform that empowered skilled tradespeople worldwide.

Chad’s technical expertise runs deep—from early work in FORTRAN, PLC programming, and C, to modern stacks like Python, Flask, Django, Gunicorn, Mediapipe, OpenCV, and progressive web apps. He has led teams in building AI-generated avatar platforms, remote 3D training systems, and custom-built knowledge-sharing solutions for complex, skilled environments. In every project, Chad applies cutting-edge technologies to practical problems—building tools that are as intuitive as they are transformative.

He has managed budgets up to $50 million and led teams of nearly 400 full-time employees, overseeing both operational and capital investments. He’s built startup ventures, launched enterprise education platforms, and earned national recognition from the Gates Foundation and President Barack Obama for pioneering North Carolina’s first mechatronics program and introducing German-inspired apprenticeships to the U.S.
